Scrambled Eggless Eggs

Ingredients

1⁄2
onion (chopped)
3 cloves
garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 package
tofu (crumbled)
1⁄2 teaspoon
turmeric
1⁄8 teaspoon
cumin
2 tablespoons
Bragg Liquid Aminos (soy sauce can be used as an alternative)

Instructions

In a large saucepan, add the onions, garlic and olive oil and saute until onions are translucent.

Then add tofu, turmeric, cumin and Bragg and mix together. Saute on high heat for 5-10 minutes until tofu is lightly seared on one side.

Stir and simmer on medium heat for 5-10 minutes until moisture has evaporated.

Notes

Bragg Liquid Aminos is a healthy and popular alternative to soy sauces.
