Olive Oil Orange Cake

Did you know that you can use olive oil for desserts too?

This is not your typical fruit cake ... it's better! Who knew that combining these ingredients could produce such a burst of flavor? There is something sublime about the combination of orange cake and olive oil. The cake is moist and rich, while citrus gives it a wonderful fresh aroma!

This recipe comes to Jewish Veg from Jewish Veg member Estee Raviv, an Israeli Portland-based cook and nutrition educator. More of Estee's recipes can be found in her cookbook, which you can purchase on our Website.
